Polymera, Inc. was a compounder of standard and custom wood and/or natural fiber polymer composite (WPC) materials used in injection molded, extruded and compression molded products. The Hebron, Ohio location housed both corporate headquarters and the manufacturing facility.
WPC materials are made by combining wood fragments (or other fibrous materials) with polymeric resin and additives. In order to extend product life and/or improve performance, these materials are used in place of wood or plastic in many products such as decking, siding, furniture, window frames and pallets and automotive parts. Machinery used in this process will be available at auction.
