Classic Party Rentals (“CPR”) is the nation’s largest event rental company with 25 locations worldwide and over 30 years of history in the industry. CPR’s clientele consists predominantly of large scale event services tenting i.e. PGA tour, ATP, NASCAR, etc. CPR consists of two business units; party and tenting. The party assets consist of tables, chairs, decorations, flatware, etc. The tenting assets are large commercial tents and their related support equipment. Mackinac has negotiated sales for the party portion of the business and wishes to engage us to sell the tenting portion of the business. The tenting assets are located at two locations in Compton, CA and Memphis, TN. The following equipment is available for immediate sale.
