Hilco Industrial, in partnership with Hilco Real Estate and Lee Stevens Machinery, will conduct a turnkey sale of the machinery, equipment and real estate no longer needed in the continuing operation of Three M Tool & Machine, Inc. This offer includes the assets located at the company's Wixom, MI facility only. Founded in 1971, Three M is a family owned, high-performance, contract machine shop for small, medium and large precision machined parts, along with many other manufacturing processes. Three M will continue operations at their facility in Commerce Township, MI.
This is a unique opportunity to purchase a large, heavy capacity machining & turning facility on a turnkey basis. The machinery features:
- (3) MAG/ Giddings & Lewis RT 1600 CNC milling & boring machines (new 2008)
- (1) MAG/ Giddings & Lewis PT 1800 CNC milling & boring machine (new 2008)
