Robert Levy

Robert Levy is perhaps best known for his achievements as CEO of Norman Levy Associates, a worldwide auction and valuation service firm. During its five decades of growth and industry leadership, Norman Levy Associates became the largest and most respected firm of its kind, auctioning and valuing billions of dollars-worth of industrial machinery, equipment, inventory and capital assets. The company had 10 offices throughout United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Korea. As CEO, Robert Levy pioneered asset management technologies designed to increase efficiencies, maximize returns and increase return on investment for many middle market and major, multi-national corporations. Clients included Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Chrysler, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, Goodyear, AT&T, Chrysler, the United States Government and BankOne.

Under the Norman Levy umbrella, Mr. Levy also founded and managed Levy/Latham Global, a company specializing in the disposition of military surplus property. Levy/Latham was the recipient of the largest privatization contract to handle remarketing of military surplus ever awarded by United States government. In March, 2000, Norman Levy Associates was acquired by DoveBid, Inc. Mr. Levy was named president of DoveBid International and a member of the DoveBid, Inc. board of directors, positions he held until March of 2004.

 Stephan Wolf, Executive Vice President & Principal, Business Development - Hilco Industrial, LLCSteve is a 22 year veteran of the metalworking and woodworking machinery business. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the industry including liquidations, auctions and valuations.

Steve was a partner in Turner Industries, a metalworking machinery dealer with 50 years of operation. While with Turner, Steve served as President of the Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA) after completing more than 14 years of service on their board of directors. He was also a trustee of the Machinery Information Services (MIS), publisher of the Locator magazine. He also has considerable e-commerce experience and was an officer and vice-president of a business-to-business internet company.

Marsha Fales-Wright

Marsha Fales-Wright, Vice President, Marketing - Hilco Industrial, LLCMarsha Fales-Wright brings with her over 28 years of marketing experience in the auction and valuation industry. Marsha’s focus is on all auction and event marketing, for Hilco Industrial, LLC. Marsha has been involved in all facets of the auction/valuation industry, marketing hundred thousand dollar to multi-million dollar deals for companies such as Xerox, ADC Telecommunications, DaimlerChrysler, General Dynamics, Tucker Housewares, McCulloch North America, Eastman Kodak, General Motors, Delphi, Eastern Airlines, Amforge, JDS Uniphase, to name a few. Additionally, Marsha has worked in various verticals including, but not limited to, woodworking, metalworking, surface mount technology, plastics, automotive, material handling, pulp and paper, I.T., semiconductor, printing, converting, food and chemical processing, and textiles.

 In her recent position with DoveBid, as Global Marketing Director from 2000 to 2004, Marsha successfully integrated worldwide marketing groups with varying cultural differences into one cohesive unit and streamlined the entire marketing process for the entire organization. While supporting 35 offices worldwide, she was proactive in the products delivered handling over 600 cost-effective marketing campaigns in 2003. Marsha has attended Oakland Community College, and Michigan State University, studying Business Management and Finance.

Mark A. Reynolds, Senior Vice President - Hilco Industrial, LLCMark has over two decades of experience in the international metalworking equipment market place. Specializing in the retail, auction and appraisal arenas, Mark has developed the prerequisite knowledge and experience base required to operate professionally in the auction and appraisal industry.

Prior to joining Hilco Industrial, Mark founded and operated Vulkan International, a metal forming equipment dealership. Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Vulkan International grew into one of the largest stocking dealers in the Southeastern U.S. under Mark's leadership.
Currently, and for the past fourteen years, Mark sits on the National Board of Directors of Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA). He also was past President of Machinery Information Services (MIS), publisher of Locator Magazine. Mark maintains his AMEA CEA equipment appraisal certification.

Chris Hall

Chris Hall, Group Chief Executive Officer & PartnerHaving worked extensively in the traditional valuation and auction arena for over 25 years, Chris brings significant experience to the team. He has worked for all the major UK Banks, Accountants and Finance Houses in corporate finance, restructuring and insolvency projects. He has diverse industry knowledge encompassing most asset classes. Previously Chris was a Partner at Bache Treharne and prior to this he was Vice President of Europe for DoveBid.

Chris is leading the Appraisal and Industrial teams in the European region assisting clients in both valuation and disposal projects. His experience with some of the largest and most high profile projects in the European region and internationally brings additional value to the skill set of the team.

Jason Hall

  Jason Hall, Director & PartnerJason has provided solid valuation advice to asset-based lenders, financiers and insolvency practitioners for over 20 years. He has diverse experience across all major industry sectors from machine tools and metalworking to pharmaceuticals and composites.

Jason joined Hilco as a Director and Partner to lead the team in the North of England in developing the business both domestically and throughout Europe. His combined expertise as both an auctioneer and valuer is crucial to the development of Hilco Industrial’s services. He has sold to thousands of bidders in auction venues from Enron to Arsenal Football Club.

Greg Zaharewicz, Director - Hilco Industrial EuropeGreg joins HIE having most recently served as Global Vice President of Sales for DoveBid. In his SVP role he led DoveBid's European based sales force returning strong results from existing corporate clients and new business in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Prior to his five year career at DoveBid, Greg worked nine years for GE and GE Capital, managing sales teams focusing on Equipment Financing and brings to HIE a wealth of equipment knowledge, especially in manufacturing assets for the high tech industries

Daniel Gray

Daniel Gray, Associate Director - Hilco Industrial EuropeDaniel’s clients have included such companies as; Ericsson, NEC, Motorola, Solectron and The Ford Motor Group.

A member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, he has worked with Weatherall Green & Smith as an industrial valuer, and with ProXchange as a European manager. He joined Hilco from DoveBid and has almost a decade of experience in asset valuation and disposals.

Ian Bacon

Ian joined the Hilco team in June 2009 to manage the newly opened Birmingham office. Prior to this Ian was an Associate with King Sturge, Bache Treharne and DoveBid and is a qualified member of the RICS.

Ian has been involved in the appraisal and disposal of machinery and business assets for 9 years and  predominantly works within the corporate insolvency and asset based lending valuation sectors. He regularly acts for major banks, asset-based lenders, accountants, finance houses, lawyers and industrials. He has been involved in some of the most high profile and significant projects in the UK particularly in the IT and automotive industry.

 

Ian has developed considerable experience and strong appraisal knowledge, based on his range of experience in asset disposal. He is an accomplished auctioneer with strong knowledge of onsite, webcast and online auctions, both in the UK and throughout the EU.
